Section 18 of the 1996 Act (licensing of digital programme services) shall be amended as follows.

In subsections (1) to (4), for “the Commission”, wherever occurring, there shall be substituted “ OFCOM ”.

Subsections (5) and (6) (application of sections 6 to 12 of the 1990 Act) shall cease to have effect.
