SCHEDULE 16 U.K. Further amendments in connection with media mergers

21 U.K. In section 118(1) of that Act (excisions from reports) before the word “or” at the end of paragraph (a) there shall be inserted—

“(aa) a report of OFCOM under section 44A or 61A;”.
