136U.K.In section 16(7)(a) of the Housing Act 1996 (c. 52) (use of electronic communications by tenant in exercise of right to acquire dwelling), for “a telecommunication system (within the meaning of the Telecommunications Act 1984)” there shall be substituted “ an electronic communications network ”.
