(1)
Section 145 of the Railways Act 1993 (c. 43) (general restrictions on disclosure of information) be amended as follows.
(2)
In subsection (2)(b), for sub-paragraph (iv) there shall be substituted—
“(iv)
the Office of Communications,”.
(3)
In subsection (3), after paragraph (qs) there shall be inserted—
“(qt)
the Communications Act 2003;”.
