(1)
Section 174 of the Water Act 1989 (c. 15) (general restrictions on disclosure of information) be amended as follows.
(2)
In subsection (2)(d), for sub-paragraph (iv) there shall be substituted—
“(iv)
the Office of Communications;”.
(3)
In subsection (3), after paragraph (ln) there shall be inserted—
“(lo)
the Communications Act 2003;”.
