SCHEDULE 3 E+W Amendment of powers exercisable in relation to local authorities

9 E+W In section 17 (orders under section 16: procedure), after subsection (6) there is inserted—

“(7) Nothing in this section applies to an order under section 16 which is made only for the purpose mentioned in section 16(4A).”
