Paragraph 13 shall apply in relation to meetings of a committee or sub-committee of the Service as it applies in relation to meetings of the Service.

In the application of paragraph 13 by virtue of this paragraph, references to a member of the Service shall be read as references to a member of a committee or sub-committee of the Service.
