18 E+W In section 88 (transport grants: supplementary), in subsections (4) and (6), for the words from “expenditure for” to “1989” there is substituted “ capital expenditure for the purposes of Chapter 1 of Part 1 of the Local Government Act 2003 (capital finance) ”.
