I1112Standards Board for England: delegation
In Schedule 4 to the Local Government Act 2000 (c. 22) (Standards Board for England), after paragraph 9 there is inserted—
9ADelegation
The Standards Board may delegate any of its functions to—
a
a committee or sub-committee established by the Board,
b
an individual member of the Board, or
c
an officer or servant of the Board.
