33 E+W In Schedule 7 to the Postal Services Act 2000 (disclosure of information), in paragraph 3—

(a) in sub-paragraph (2), for paragraph (j) there is substituted—

“(j) the Water Services Regulation Authority,”,

(b) in sub-paragraph (3), after paragraph (gh) there is inserted—

“(gi) the Water Act 2003,”.
