34 E+W In section 105 of the Utilities Act 2000 (general restrictions on disclosure of information)—

(a) in subsection (5), for paragraph (e) there is substituted—

“(e) the Water Services Regulation Authority;”,

(b) in subsection (6)(l), at the end there is inserted “ or the Water Act 2003 ”.
