SCHEDULE 8 E+W Minor and consequential amendments: licensing of water suppliers etc

22 E+W In section 73 (offences of contaminating water etc), in subsection (1)—

(a) in the opening words, after “undertaker” there is inserted “ or licensed water supplier ”, and

(b) in paragraph (b), after “undertaker” there is inserted “ or supplier ”.
