SCHEDULE 8 E+W Minor and consequential amendments: licensing of water suppliers etc

Water Industry Act 1991 (c. 56) E+W

29 E+W In section 93A (duty to promote the efficient use of water), in the following provisions—

(a) subsection (1),

(b) subsection (2), and

(c) subsection (3),

after “undertaker” there is inserted “ or licensed water supplier ”.
