Assistance for other public authorities

The inspectors of court administration may if they think it appropriate to do so provide assistance to any other public authority for the purpose of the exercise by that authority of its functions.

Assistance under this paragraph may be provided on such terms (including terms as to payment) as the Chief Inspector thinks fit.
