If the court has under Part 3 of this Schedule made an attachment of earnings order or an application for benefit deductions, the collection order must state the reserve terms.

“The reserve terms” means terms of a description mentioned in paragraph 14(2) but which (subject to paragraphs 31, 32 F1. . . and 39) are to have effect if the attachment of earnings order or application for benefit deductions fails.
