Amend section 46 (assignment of certain matters to youth courts) as follows.

In subsection (1), for “court of summary jurisdiction” (in each place) substitute “ magistrates' court ”.

In subsection (1A), for “justices' chief executive for” substitute “ designated officer for ”.
