SCHEDULE 11 E+W Part 4: minor and consequential amendments

National Health Service Reform and Health Care Professions Act 2002 (c. 17) E+W

74 (1) Section 17 of the National Health Service Reform and Health Care Professions Act 2002 is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (1)—

(a) after paragraph (f) insert—

[F1 “(fb) persons providing primary medical services, primary dental services or primary ophthalmic services under Part 1 of the 1977 Act,”]; and

(b) in paragraph (g), omit the words from “or under” to “that Act”.

(3) In subsection (2), for “(1)(g)” substitute “ (1)(fa), (g) ”.
