87 E+W The Access to Health Records Act 1990 is amended as follows.

88 E+W In section 11 (interpretation), in the definition of “health service body”, the “or” before paragraph (d) is omitted and after that paragraph there is inserted—

“(e) an NHS foundation trust;”.
