129 E+W The Community Care (Delayed Discharges etc.) Act 2003 is amended as follows.

130 E+W In section 1 (meaning of “NHS body” and “qualifying hospital patient”), in subsection (1), in paragraph (a) of the definition of “NHS body”, after “trust;” there is inserted—

“(ab) an NHS foundation trust;”.
