108 E+W The Health Act 1999 is amended as follows.

109 E+W In section 31 (arrangements between NHS bodies and local authorities), in subsection (8), in the definition of “NHS body”, for “or NHS trust” there is substituted “ , NHS trust or NHS foundation trust ”.
