17 E+W The Local Government Act 1972 is amended as follows.

18 E+W In section 113 (placing of staff of local authorities at disposal of other local authorities), in subsection (1A), for “or NHS trust” (in each place) there is substituted “ , NHS trust or NHS foundation trust ”.
