5 E+W The Public Records Act 1958 is amended as follows.

Commencement Information

6 E+W In Schedule 1 (definition of public records), in the Table in Part 1, in the entry relating to the Department of Health, in the second column, for “and National Health Service trusts” there is substituted “ , National Health Service trusts and NHS foundation trusts ”.
