SCHEDULE 4 E+W Amendments relating to NHS foundation trusts

The Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (c. 8) E+W

86 E+W Sections 238 to 240 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (use and development of consecrated land and burial grounds) apply to consecrated land and land comprised in a burial ground which an NHS foundation trust holds for any of its purposes as if—

(a) the trust were a statutory undertaker, and

(b) that land had been the subject of a relevant acquisition by the trust.
