86E+WSections 238 to 240 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (use and development of consecrated land and burial grounds) apply to consecrated land and land comprised in a burial ground which an NHS foundation trust holds for any of its purposes as if—
(a)the trust were a statutory undertaker, and
(b)that land had been the subject of a relevant acquisition by the trust.
