95 E+W The Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 is amended as follows.

96 E+W In Schedule 2 (exempt vehicles), in paragraph 7, after the “or” at the end of paragraph (b) there is inserted—

“(ba) an NHS foundation trust, or”.
