14E+WIn section 63 (provisions of instruction for officers of hospital authorities etc. employed, or contemplating employment, in certain activities connected with health or welfare), in subsection (5B), the “and” at the end of paragraph (bbb) is omitted and after paragraph (c) there is inserted—
“(d)NHS foundation trusts”.
