(a)omit “Subject to section 47(6)”;
(b)for “the Commission” substitute “ the CSCI ”; and
(c)at the end insert “ ; and an inspection under this section shall be regarded for all purposes as undertaken under section 80 of the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003 ”.
