1U.K.In this Schedule—
“the offender”, in relation to a suspended sentence order, means the person in respect of whom the order is made;
“the [F1local justice area] concerned”, in relation to a suspended sentence order, means the [F1local justice area] for the time being specified in the order;
“the responsible officer” has the meaning given by section 197.
