Interpretation

In this Schedule—
“the offender”, in relation to a suspended sentence order, means the person in respect of whom the order is made;
“the responsible officer” has the meaning given by section 197.

In this Schedule—
(a)
any reference to a suspended sentence order being subject to review is a reference to such an order being subject to review in accordance with section 191(1)(b) or to a drug rehabilitation requirement of such an order being subject to review in accordance with section 210(1)(b);
(b)
any reference to the court responsible for a suspended sentence order which is subject to review is to be construed in accordance with section 191(3) or, as the case may be, 210(2).
Orders made on appeal

Where a suspended sentence order is made on appeal it is to be taken for the purposes of this Schedule to have been made by the Crown Court.
