SCHEDULE 16 E+W Scottish offences specified for the purposes of section 229(4)

9 An offence under section 170 of the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979 (c. 2) in relation to goods prohibited to be imported under section 42 of the Customs Consolidation Act 1876 (c. 36), but only where the prohibited goods include indecent photographs of persons.
