In section 46A (power of arrest for failure to answer police bail) after subsection (1) insert—

“(1A)

A person who has been released on bail under section 37(7)(a) or 37C(2)(b) above may be arrested without warrant by a constable if the constable has reasonable grounds for suspecting that the person has broken any of the conditions of bail.”
