19(1)The Agriculture Act 1967 is amended as follows.
(2)In section 6 (penalties), in subsection (4), for “three months” there is substituted “51 weeks”.
(3)In section 21 (inquiry by Meat and Livestock Commission), in subsection (11), for “three months” there is substituted “51 weeks”.
