135 E+W In section 42 (interpretation of Part 2), in subsection (2)(a), for “section 119 of the Powers of Criminal Court (Sentencing) Act 2000” there is substituted “ paragraph 8(2)(a) or (b) of Schedule 12 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 ”.
