24 E+W In section 3 of the Criminal Law Act 1977 (penalties for conspiracy), in subsection (1), for “section 127 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” there is substituted “ section 163 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 ”.
