65In section 1 of the Aggravated Vehicle-Taking Act 1992 (new offence of aggravated vehicle taking), in subsection (2)(a), for “section 127 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” there is substituted “section 163 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003”.
