Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 (S.I. 1996/3160 (N.I.24)) E+W

77 E+W In Article 10 (probation orders), in paragraph (1) for “(not being an offence for which the sentence is fixed by law)” there is substituted “ (not being an offence for which the sentence is fixed by law or falls to be imposed under Article 52A(2) of the Firearms (Northern Ireland) Order 1981) ”.
