In section 18 (interpretation etc. of Chapter 1)—

a

after the definition of “responsible officer” in subsection (1) there is inserted—

“serious harm” shall be construed in accordance with section 224 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003;

b

subsection (2) is omitted.
