Immigration Act 1971 (c. 77) E+W

16 E+W In section 7 of the Immigration Act 1971 (exemption from deportation for certain existing residents), in subsection (4), for “section 67 of the Criminal Justice Act 1967” there is substituted “ section 240 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 ”.
