9AARequirement to issue guidance

The Lord Chancellor shall issue guidance as to the manner in which the functions of the appropriate officer under sections 9 and 9A of this Act are to be exercised.

The Lord Chancellor shall—

a

lay before each House of Parliament the guidance, and any revised guidance, issued under this section, and

b

arrange for the guidance, or revised guidance, to be published in a manner which he considers appropriate.
