8Definition of “fuel oil”
Before section 2A(2) of the Hydrocarbon Oil Duties Act 1979 (c. 5) (power to amend definitions) insert—

The Treasury may by order made by statutory instrument amend the definition for the purposes of section 11 of “fuel oil”.
