Part 1Membership

Appointment

(1)

The Police Authority shall consist of not fewer than seven and not more than thirteen members.

(2)

The members of the Police Authority are to be appointed by the Secretary of State.

(3)

The Secretary of State must appoint one of the members of the Police Authority to be its chairman.
