Part 1 E+W+S Application of Schedule B1 to the 1986 Act

Application of Schedule B1 provisions E+W+S

1 (1) The provisions of Schedule B1 to the 1986 Act specified in paragraph 2 of this Schedule are to have effect in relation to energy administration orders— E+W+S

(a) as they have effect in relation to administration orders under that Schedule; but

(b) with the modifications set out in Part 2 of this Schedule.

(2) Those provisions as modified by Part 2 of this Schedule are to have effect in the case of [F1 a non-GB company] with the further modifications for which provision is made by or under Part 3 of this Schedule.
