12E+W+SWhere the proposed transfer falling within subsection (3) of section 155 is a transfer of the kind mentioned in subsection (4)(a) of that section, this Schedule shall have effect in relation to that transfer as if—
(a)paragraph 3(1)(a) were omitted; and
(b)paragraph 3(6) had effect with “ the old energy company has consented may be made ” substituted for the words from “both” onwards.
