10E+W+SWhere the old energy company is a non-GB company, the property, rights and liabilities of that company which may be transferred by an energy transfer scheme, or in relation to which interests, rights or liabilities may be created by such a scheme, are confined to—
(a)property of the old energy company in Great Britain;
(b)rights and liabilities arising in relation to any such property; and
(c)rights and liabilities arising in connection with the affairs and business of the company so far as carried on in Great Britain.
