Energy Act 2004, Cross Heading: Preparation and revision of plan is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 09 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
1(1)A plan prepared or revised by the NDA has effect only if it is approved—U.K.
(a)by the Secretary of State; and
(b)to the extent that it relates to responsibilities of the NDA falling within section 6(2), also by the Scottish Ministers.
(2)The NDA may revise its plan at any time before or during the year to which it relates.
