SCHEDULE 5 U.K. Supplementary provisions about nuclear transfer schemes

Proof of title by certificate U.K.

7 U.K. A certificate issued by the Secretary of State to the effect that any property, right or liability vested at a particular time in accordance with a nuclear transfer scheme in a person specified in the certificate shall be conclusive evidence of the matters specified in the certificate.
