Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001 (c. 16) E+W

97 (1) The Table in section 1(1) of the Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001 (offences leading to on the spot penalties) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) Omit the entry for section 31 of the Fire Services Act 1947.

(3) At the end add—

“Section 49 of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 (c. 21)

Knowingly giving a false alarm of fire”
