82(1)Section 18 of the Local Government Act 1992 (consequences of structural changes) is amended as follows.E+W
(2)Omit subsection (3).
(3)In subsection (4), for paragraph (b) substitute—
“(b)his power to make a scheme under section 2 of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 (combined fire and rescue authorities),”.
