16 E+W In section 75(8) of the Public Health Act 1961 (power of local authorities to make byelaws as to pleasure fairs and roller skating rinks), for “fire authority within the meaning of the Fire Services Act 1947” substitute “ fire and rescue authority under the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 ”.
