69E+WIn section 85 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 (interpretation of Part 2 of that Act), in the definition of “light passenger vehicle”, for the words from “a fire brigade” to “1947)” substitute “ any matter in relation to which a fire and rescue authority has functions (whoever uses it for those purposes) ”.
